Whether you’re thinking of producing your first beer event and need help from the beginning stages, or you need some experienced staffing and coordination to improve your existing fest, we can help. Our team has the capability and experience to manage your beer event from start to finish or handle any individual task in between. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of experienced professional beer event expertise to help your event day run as smoothly as possible for you, your attendees, and your vendors.
BREW CREW SERVICES
We can handle small and large scale events.
We can do more than just pour beer! (Although we’re pretty good at that, too.)
All our regular team members are RAMP-certified. Many auxiliary event staff are, as well. We can make sure they are, too, if needed
Pre-Event Production

Event Day Production – During Event
- Registration/Entrance Management

Event Day Production – Teardown/Cleanup
- Break down and stack tables and chairs (event producer to provide dolly/cart)
- Trash
- Clean Up
- Collect Dump Buckets / Bus Tubs / Spray Bottles / Signage / Tablecloths
- Break down/collect jockey boxes
- Assist with Vendor Load Out
- Put away all other equipment that we set up
- Assist with Tent teardown
