Stewards Of Beer is thrilled to once again be handling the majority of the staff coordination for Barrel & Flow Fest (formerly Fresh Fest) at The Stacks at 3 Crossings (Strip District) on Saturday, August 13, 2022.
Unlike many beer fests who rely on the help of volunteers, we are seeking to hire a crew of reliable, motivated, and hard-working people at $120 per shift (~$15/hour) to fill 36 paid subcontractor positions to help make this a kick-ass event. This allows us to pay folx a fair wage for the hard work they do to support Flow Fest. This will be a long day and a lot of work, but it will also be a great time supporting an important mission.
In order to ensure everyone’s safety, all attendees (staff, vendors, patrons, etc.) must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry.
We are seeking to fill 12 positions for each of these two shifts:
First shift
10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Second shift
4:00 pm – 12:00 am
Duties will include set-up, tear-down/cleanup, vendor load-in/load-out assistance, brewer/vendor satisfaction services (deliver ice, empty dump buckets, etc.), and more. You can choose to apply for one or both of these shifts as space allows.
